Eat less carbs and more protein after sun down stupid. You can only absorb 40-45g protein per/hr to hr half. Anymore will be stored as body fat. My last tip is to stop trying to body build based on a dated religious trend followed by our most radical of religions. Throughout the day you become catabolic and your body is eating muscle for repair, anabolism is the only way to grow. Which is impossible during Ramadan

no i haven't i have all ways curious about it but i feel that it was necessary in order to get big.

Doesn't matter if dummy isn't in taking protein. Take L-carnitine throughout the day on fasts to keep up energy levels. Carnitine converts body fat to energy and will help your body not think it's starving throughout the day. If your body doesn't think it's starving, it won't hold on to everything you eat after dark. Bcaa is the branch chain amino acid. It's always lucien, isolucine, and valine, in that order. Lucein is an amino acid for muscle growth and the other two are for recovery.

Proteins are nothing but folded up amino acids, when you eat them we unfold and break them back down to their simpler state. BCAA are just like eating nutrients for your body with no waste.

Lift more. I lift every night for 2.5-3 hours, 7 days a week. High volume, Heavy lifting. Lots and lots of volume. Bring snacks, eat protien every hour. Don't eat a shit ton of carbs and fats at iftar. If you do it right, and put in the time you can get decent shreds by the end of the month assuming ur a newbie.

I think it is just not very easy to gain. I am barely reaching my minimal protein supply daily. I guess we should just try our best.
