Why do I suck at dieting? All I had to eat/drink today was coffee, water, and panda express.

Also Panda Express claims that they don't add MSG on their food, however, I am addicted to their orange chicken.. Even Doritos don't have an effect on me

Take a look at what you're eating then come to the realization that it's not worth it.

oats, no fat chobani (shit is nasty), whole wheat pasta with grated cheese, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter on each slice, half a dozen eggs, a can of black beans, a can of tuna, some turkey, broccoli, and before i sleep i will have 2 cups of milk.

So supposedly I gotta eat ~200-210 grams of protein a day to make gains? How annoying is this going to be? I don't see myself eating the equivalent of ~7 chicken breasts a day.

if you are REALLY fat i would not go that much. .8 per lbs should be enough

Still a good 5 chicken breasts per day. I suppose it's a little better, since I can drink 2 glasses of milk a day easily for other sources of protein.

Maybe I should get that greek yogurt that many people seem to go by, I can mix in sliced fruits to lessen the plain taste and get more sources of vitamins.
