Hummus is relatively low cal but doesn't have much in it. It's just chick peas, tahini (ground sesame seed), a bit of oil and some spices. You'd get more protein from the pita bread you dip it in.

Aldi's greek yoghurt with 2% fat is pretty great.

I make my own yogurt, flavour it with 0cal flavourings, honey, or flavoured BCCA powders.
Once you have something that can keep it at a controlled temperature, cheese cloth for straining it, and a pot of live yogurt to start it, you are only paying the cost of milk to make more, and the only byproduct is whey.

If that were the case then it'd have antennae and eight legs.
