Why in the shit would you need this? Heavy double overhand deadlifts, pendlay rows and pullups are all you need

Damaged my foot ligaments and got no way to get to the gym for now. It's also good to keep you entertained for cheap while also being useful.

I prefer this one. A bit expensive but it's made out of foam to ensure you can practice without hurting yourself.

Both are great choices, if your goals are to have the grip strength of a middle aged woman.

buy two or three of them. use one for your regular working sets and make attempts on the next one. hit them up a few times a week and you'll make gains similar to anything else. of course it'll get harder as you go on, but in the beginning you should fully pass on from one to another every month or so

So what do these actually do? Can someone fill me in. Does it just build grip strength? Can it give you aesthetic forearms..?

both of them are not worth it. much better ways out there for forearm gains.

If youre asking if it will give you prominent veins then no, and less its for grip and forearm strength. Although pull ups work 100 times better.

They're worth the cost, in my opinion. My grip strength has skyrocketed. And once you've surpassed a grip level, you can always find someone on a bodybuilding forum who is willing to buy it off you.
