After I cook the chicken I use the same pan to cook the mushrooms with the remaining oil.

Dammit, now I am craving a mushroom omelette but am too lazy to get mushrooms and fix one.

I'm sorry, did I kinda jump to conclusions? Is that mayonnaise, mustard and cream cheese without 'all natural' aroma chemicals that are pleasant to those messed up by junk food, but disgusting to regular people like you and me?

Just gave it one glance.

Mushrooms are probably one of the few things you can't over/undercook, but personally, I like them to retain some moisture.

Now whisk your 4 eggs with 100g cream cheese, you can also add a splash of organic milk but this is optional.
None of that no. Just the regular full fat stuff.

After that there's no need to wash your pan, just add 10g of butter and let it burn a little.

Don't worry if the mix is too runny in the pan, it'll soon cook and solidify. Also you can add some baking powder into the mix before you cook it.

Now while that cook take your pickles and dice them up. Here I have 50g of homemade cucumber pickles.

Now add equal amounts of mayo and mustard to the pickles. I used 30g of each because of my macros. Realistically you could use as much mustard as you want because of its lacking in all macros but a 1:1 ratio with the mayo is the sweet-spot taste wise.

After our "bread" has cooled and rested cut it up into 4 quarters to make 2 sandwiches.

I'm also making some coffee. In this one I used 1.5 tsp instant coffee, 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, .5 tsp cinnamon powder, and 10g butter.

Delicious.

Now the final product.
In the OP I had 100g of finely chopped green cabbage, I used some of that in the sandwiches and had some on the side with a squeeze of lemon as a salad.

Total macros:
93.1g Fats
91.2g Protein
14.5g Net Carbs

Pretty close to my target of 90/90/15

But I'm more of a friend of a french omlette with mushrooms as a filling.

I'd eat it but I would have mixed the cabbage mushrooms and chicken with the pickles and condiments and put it in like that. Also I'd just have plain memeless coffee.

Not him but I believe regular olive oil has a high smoke point so you can cook with it fine. Extra virgin has a low smoke point and should be used like you said.

It's a quick source of carbs and easy calories and fucking awesome to make dishes with

some people go for whole wheat since it adds fiber to it but whatever, like it doesn't matter since you get it from veggies and beans anyways

if you bought an entire fish then the fillets can be cooked with steamed veg and some olive oil and garlic. The best way to recycle the scraps is to make salmon patties out of them, there's a bunch of recipes online. I tried one with coriander seeds and it was the bomb.

Because there is no other site that goes into as much detail as that and has as wide and consistent of a library. Look at this shit. It's like that for every imaginable food item. I used to just google shit but I'd end up on different sites with different information and different style of graphs every time, it helps to have it all be uniform.

Also it offers a free "food diary" thing where you can add a bunch of ingredients and it calculates the totals, most privately run sites have that as a paid premium feature.

Perfect for a keto cut, doing one meal a day + caloric fluctuation. This was my lowest calorie day hence 90/90/15, just enough protein to sustain my muscle mass and fat for some energy, came out to 1250 calorie.
