I've hit 1/2/3/4 (1 and 3 for easy triples). I'm 6'0 and 180 and only have 13" arms thanks to focusing on compounds. How long will it take to get to the respectability of 15-16" if I actually train them properly.

Pic related is what the British summer does to pale fucks like me

>sub 1234
>17 inch arms

looks like you got addicted to memes lad

you're 5'8 tops for 13" to look this big, i'm 6'0 and have 14.5" arms and they doesn't look as big as yours

>Traveling a lot, unable to stay on progression program
>Focusing on volume and just keeping my body moving
>Started being more aggressive with arm work
>Yesterday curls did something bad to the area where my tricep ties into my arm, I think I gave myself the tendinitis
>Will have to stop pressing for a while

FUCK

My triceps are much bigger than my biceps, and they're being pushed up against my lats which helps

>never isolates arms
>wonders why his arms look like shit

Hmmmmmmmm

I'm not wondering why, I'm asking how and how long it will take to offset

still bro, both my biceps and triceps aren't big and they still look smaller than yours, that means for 13" to look big on your frame you must be small too, not judging you, just saying

I've got a medical form somewhere, can confirm I am 6'0 if you really don't believe me

Start doing 3x12-15 each of wide and close grip ezbar curls, 3x10 tricep pulldowns and 3x10 skullcrushers.

Only train your biceps 1-2 times a week with 2 full days of rest in between. Train triceps every time you bench.

Buy some sun screen.

>tendinitis
Do 100 very fast reps as curls or extensions with a light resistance band.
Check our boi Jason Blooblah for propah technique

your arms are bigger than 13" then lol, this is me with 15" arms, yours look at least as big as mine

If you want your arms to grow you need to train them 2-3 times a week with decent volume. Adding reps, sets and weight over time.

mirin lad

how long lifting

Why does everybody on here lie about their height. It's just sad bro.

They're definitely smaller than yours

Have since invested

thanks bro, almost 3 years, seriously following a program and okay diet for about 10 months, 6'0, 185lbs about 14%bf, lifts at 1/2/2/3.5
idk, maybe the angle is fooling me

I'm sure if you get a photo from the same angle, your arms would look larger than mine do

closes picture i have is this and i don't think it looks bigger
>inb4 my back is shit, yeah i'm working on that

I also do a load of long head of the tricep work I guess, which could help from this angle

Did you actually use an actual medical document to prove you are 6 feet tall? You shouldn't give a fuck my man (although being under 6 feet is worse than lung cancer).

Which program?

I've just taken part in a study, it was on my desk anyway

So any idea on a time frame?
