Keep running until you feel tingly endorphins all over your body. Then you'll want to keep going. My cardio programme is simple and easy to follow, you should try it. Walk for 2 minutes out of your front door, set an alarm to go off in 15 minutes time and run until it goes off, then when you hear the alarm go off, reset it and run back the way you came. I'm cutting on 2500 kcal atm and do that every other day. It's only half an hour so it's easy on your gains but it's good at shedding bodyfat. I like to run round the lake near me, sounds shallow but I thrive off the feeling I get when little boys who are out with their fat parents point at me or when girls mire me when they're out walking with their dyel boyfriends. Try it mate it's good fun once you take it for what it is
