Here's a piece of home gym equipment that helps but you have to use it everyday for the rest of your life to get the full benefit.

b-but what about lag day ?

>MRI queue

what third world hospital is this?

socialist Belgium, 9 month wait period

Honestly mri are useless for back injuries. I doubt you fractured your spine so the only thing that will help is movement. And getting back to training as soon as possible of course with perfect form.

Once you get it treated, the only thing you can do is do lower back exercises to build up your tenderloins and backstrap so the protrusion doesn't fuck with your nerves as much. I do 2 minute supermans almost every single day otherwise my sciatica will start flaring up in a week or two. I've also stopped doing squats and deads completely and have to supplement most of my leg and lower back exercises by leg pressing and running. Do a ton of core. These also help stabilize your back.
Nothing is gonna be the same again brah but you don't have to let it fuck up your life with constant pain.

This. Watch Alan thralls latest video on hurting his back. There's pretty much nothing you can do in the gym that would hurt it that bad.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself, start moving, start doing air deadlifts and squats, progress to a broom, then a barbell, then more and more weight.

Or listen to pussies on Veeky Forums and stay in pain, the choice is yours.

ALSO I am a big advocate of the McGill big 3. Do it daily. Every time before you lift.

This is horrible, horrible advice. Supermans are bad for your back, leg press is even worse and running impacts the whole body. I also suspect by "doing core" you mean crunches and other spinal flexion exercises which are also bad for your back. You're a fucking idiot.

Look up stuart mcgill. I'd argue there is nobody in the world that knows more about spines and the added benefit is that he gets powerlifting. He is an actual professor. He has written books about injuries. He really is a goldmine. Has some youtube interviews too.

No, I do flutter kicks, hold planks, and do leg lifts. My runs keep me trim. And ever since I started doing supermans, my sciatica and lower back pain have completely disappeared. This works for me and I've had a herniated disc for over ten years.

>Supermans are bad for your back,
I'm gonna need some sources for that.
I'm fucking serious.

>talks about spinal benefits from powerlifting in the next paragraph
HAHAHAAAAAA

Okay I definitely need to fucking see your sources for that shit.

If you actually trained correctly you'd be back to deadlifting and squatting. Running is fine but not with a fresh back injury. At least you do planks.

pure gold goy, watching

tomorrow i start moving

Just look the dude up. He's a professor at waterloo university and spent his whole fucking live studying spines.

I never talked about spinal benefits from powerlifting? Are you fucking retarded? I just said the guy treats athletes and some of them are powerlifters. So he understands the sport. But of course he says strengthening your back is important but then again you'd have to be retarded to not believe this.

First, I want you to tell me WHY supermans are bad for your back.
Secondly

>knows more about spines and the added benefit is that he gets powerlifting.
yes you did.

Oh, and here is his research. Only 241 papers. But i bet the buzzfeed article you read that said deadlifts are dangerous had a different opinion.

I said he gets powerlifting? He understands the sport. That doesn't mean it's healthy. Most doctors shit themselves when you tell them you touch barbells. He probably also gets eating transfats but that doesn't mean he says it has benefits?

>Oh, and here is his research.
Where

ah you mean he understands powerlifting...
Thought you were saying that powerlifting was healthy as fuck.
It's the exact opposite of healthy. Litterally the only people who will tell you otherwise are retarded or have something to sell you.

anyone got Low Back Disorders 3rd Edition ?

user can you move your toes up and down? Might have some hernia ting.
Either way yeah keep moving. Go for walks, and really focus on recruiting all your leg muscles in the correct chain.

yea my leg works normally now, i can trigger any muscle, problem is numbness

this leg was under lot of stress where i experienced pain where i almost fainted

due to this stress i think something happened and i hope is temporary

found this, pure gold

youtube.com/watch?v=IyGaKuSzD_M

just take it easy desu but yeah keep it moving. swimming is great too.

test if it's sacroiliac joint dysfunction first

reset the joint and see if it alleviates the pain

hm how do i do that ?

now when i read it i did have muscle cramp in my ass when i sit-down and when i had to pee also i had muscle cramp.

there are a thousand videos but basically this: youtube.com/watch?v=FDmmeh4jNJU

shit man i got more useful information on /fit then from all doctors i fucking seen

try it out and see if it works first. should only take a few minutes, let us know.

i heard a pop on the right side, felt kind of nice man.

but leg is still rekt, i guess i need to give it few days, tomorrow i start moving, was 3 days at bed

since we're experimenting, try this: youtube.com/watch?v=YVCMzPJa8eY

movement at ~1:53, you can use a lacrosse or tennis ball if you don't have a roller

this looks like something that might work but i have no tennis ball or roller at home

i think i will buy it tomorrow and give it a try

good luck

thx user, pure gold

Can you believe that democunts in America actually want this for our country?

>tfw same day MRI

I was looking to pay and i wasn't able to find it so far. Need to look in some less crowded hospitals maybe there i will get it under a month period.

Socialism sux man.

Least expensive imaging center will run you about $600 smackers, hospitals upcharge, insurance is highly selective for coverage and in-network / out-of-network rates. Typically 20/80 split will wreck you between an ED visit, pain meds, and imaging cost. Oh, you didn't meet your deductible? Surprise, it's a two grand bill but that's okay, you got the imaging done the same day. We'll put you on a payment plan, no worries. We're also definitively sure it's some kind of problem that we can maybe treat. Hope that's not an issue you have to deal with again. Good luck in those follow up visits!

American healthcare and health insurance is a joke.

People are usually pissed off when they think their body is really fucked up and they are not getting the attention that they need. However, practically, most people have no idea what the fuck they are talking about medically. Most people also have no idea urgent care is a thing. I don't know why everyone needs to go to a fucking emergency room for a broke finger or scald. Hospital resources in America are always fucked up because people don't know how to apply basic triage to injuries.

On the other hand, a nine month wait list for an MRI is unacceptable, especially with a possible spine injury.

>not having $600
This is how I know you are either a leftist or a europoor.
Health insurance is a joke but American healthcare is the best in the world

In America we have for profit mri centers. Costs about $500 if in big city less elsewhere. If you can find a deal on plane ticket come to the USA for your medical tests/treatment. It's what literally every rich person in world does
