Anyone else here do pull-ups for volume with body weight only? Feels way better to accumulate volume over time like this rather than doing weighted chins.
Its an easier way to get a better range of motion and will ultimately allow you to accrue more total volume, your bodyweight will always be sufficient for pullups/chinups
