Holy shit Veeky Forums, what should I do to correct and balance this shit out?
Symmetric Strength general

Bench press a bit more and do The Press™ a lot more.
This is much preferred to the more common situation where push muscles are stronger than pull muscles and you end up with rounded screwed up shoulders. Just do
Your OHP form is probably shit
also try using the same breathing technique as you do when squatting, it did wonders to me.
>pic related, my stats
Squat is my eternal enemy. Everytime when I rep higher than 90kg my upper back hurts. I always lean forward slightly.
Should I add an accessory lift to do after The Press™, or just add more sets?
Are you bare-foot or using flat soled shoes when squatting?
Yeah flat soled shoes. You think lifting shoes help against leaning?
Actually imo, I think it would be better for you to try to correct your form with the assistance of mobility stretches and practicing form with the bar alone. Ensure you keep your spine straight, experiment with your stance, but it should be at least shoulder width, if not a little more spread than that, and your knees should go "outward". Leaning forward is normally caused by your knees buckling in (even if ever so slightly, to where you can't visibly see it)

meme advice: arnold press for volume after ohp is over
You could be right, my form just feels off, I don't know why.
Could be muscles that are too tight, could be supporting muscle imbalances. Just make sure to stretch, and experiment with form bar only until it feels right before adding weight progressively again, and you'll hit all the brackets for correction in no time
