Whatever "thing" you rolled is now worshiped in the post apocalypse. What are the cult's tenets, traditions, symbols, hymns, etc.?

Just how terrible is this going to turn out

So... Either Pro-Wrestling or Skateboarding?

...

Rolled 5 (1d10)

A religious cult worshiping Donald Trump? Sounds pretty based to be honest.

Rolled 5 (1d10)

It's going to be porn, isn't it?

Rolled 7 (1d10)

Holy shit this day is going to get LOVELY.

>Napoleon-worshipping cult.
This is a goldmine that will take time for me to process.

Rolled 10 (1d10)

roll for shiny and chrome

Wow, it's not porn, it's better.

>Bow down before your new Overlord, the Deconstructor-General!

Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a bestseller right?
Combined with History, There is now a cult dedicated to Cao Cao, the only one who actually tried to unfuck China.

>Musa I of Mali
Hmm. Could be neat.

Nocturnal Animals. It was great

Rolled 7 (1d10)

J.K. Rowling

Rolled 2 (1d10)

Let's see where it goes.

Assuming class books that I was forced to read don't count(It's a best seller because the author isn't a white man!) Then Ready Player One.

post number

Either Vince McMahon or Tenzing Norgay

I think I had a subway sandwich half a year ago

A devout cult found an ancient subway food production facility and cryo storage.
They believe their food is SUPER HEALTHY and their way of life is 'the life' to live.
They murder men, kidnap women and children and convert them to their weird subway cult.

Rolled 9 (1d10)

Alrighty then.

>They murder men, kidnap women and children and convert them to their weird subway cult.

Don't forget they diddle the children like their prophet.

Rolled 7 (1d10)

Rolled 4 (1d10)

What will it be?

It's a mystery!

Machiavelli is now venerated. It is a weird, secret cult that spread amongst the gang leaders of the Wasteland that encourage them to out-dick everyone else.

Ancient History! Well, that sounds like a dream age, to tell you the truth. Good for them.

>9 = Anything I want
Well now, that's just a cop out, so I'll go with post number instead.
>6 = the subject of the last board I visited other than Veeky Forums

Superhero comics are thought of as historically accurate, and two religions rise: DC and Marvel, each with their own pantheon.
The highest echelons of the cults are the bookkeepers, those who preserve the holy documents.
The main tenets are self improvement, hard work, and above all, friendship.

There are pretty much already symbols for each deity, and followers wear the icon of the particular god/godess they follow.
Even those who worship different deities see each other as brothers and sisters, provided the god they worship is from the same pantheon.

There is a rivalry between the worshippers of DC and Marvel, and depending on where you go, it shows in different ways. In some areas, it's a friendly rivalry, where the worshippers try to one-up each other and compete fairly. In other areas, there is a bitter hatred, and you need to be careful about who knows your allegiance, or the consequences could be fatal.

Football? So bloodbowl without the races i guess?

Please no frogposting on Veeky Forums.

Rolled 8 (1d10)

Let's see.

Rolled 9 (1d10)

Awful

Rolled 4 (1d10)

Most books were destroyed in the war, the nuclear fire or the resulting need for warmth in the harsh winters.
A small group of professors from a local university wrote a final set of tomes while consumed by radiation induced madness.
The Technicae Artis is subsequently worshipped by settlers and former studentd who found and studied it, later using it as a guide for mantaining and building machines and computers.
Later on it developped into a full blown cult.

I guess Ad Mech but more like the BoS.

Okay, so there is this monolith shaped as a SNES cart, the SMB theme is the anthem, and collector fags are even worse now, emufags get hanged on a weekly basis, and mentioning the PS2 or GBA brings in the secret police.

>tfw I honestly don't remember when I was watching any sports last time as it didn't happen in years and what it was
>tfw if fictional sports are to be counted it would totally be jugger
strangely fitting

ew I didn't read whole thing, so "played" also counds. Skateboarding then.

This is my board. There are many like it but this one is fucking mine.

Humanity has hidden itself in the ruins of cities as the interior got darker and darker. Without the fuel to power engines, bikes and skateboards became the main method of locomotion in the streets. But skateboard has one advantage - your hands are free and you can change directions rapidy using the environment. Skateboarder gangs learned how to mix their trix with gun-fu, creating a modern martial art, and soon a cult arose around that, an ideology of sorts, with skateboard at the center of it. Skateboarders formed orders and dojos, some of them evil gangs believing in their superiority over "walkers", ruling over them and exploiting. On the other hand, orders of ones who would defend common people appeared.

Rolled 5 (1d10)

Let's do this.

Rolled 2 (1d10)

What are you on?
Seriously, this is too funny for someone sober to come up with.

>Gideon's Bible.
Welp, it's Clovis The Redeemer time!

Rolled 2 (1d10)

This will not end well

>last bestselling book you read
>A series of unfortunated events
So they worship bad luck? I've only read the first 3 books so I have no idea how will that go

Rolled 2 (1d10)

both of those would be dope af for a post apocalypse setting

Rolled 2 (1d10)

Rolled 10 (1d10)

Why not.

Rolled 3, 8 = 11 (2d9)

>Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit

I haven't finished it yet, but I suppose our tenet would be 'Behavior reflects personality,' as that seems to be a running theme. Crime investigating cult dressed in suits and badges, lots of emphasis on predicting who someone is/where they'll strike next based on subtle, barely there clues and evidence. Lots of arrests, interrogations, investigations, and paperwork after the job is done.

Rolled 4 (1d10)

>The English language
So just Mad Max then.

...

Rolled 8 (1d10)

American Football then

chads everywhere

I think this cult would do pretty well, honestly. Aside from eating their enemies to gain their protein, they'd be fun to be around.

Rolled 2 (1d10)

Rolled 9 (1d10)

OK lets see

Rolled 8 (1d10)

>anything I want

WEEEW BORING ok uhhhhh

randomlists.com/things I used this to generate a random thing.

I got a Checkbook. They worship banking? Capitalism, I guess. They're all Ancap. Praise be to the profit margin.

People worship football? Sorry, South America is already there. Although imagining tribes built around soccer teams sounds pretty cool

Madmax already had crazies running around in football pads too

Hrmm

Blessed by Ryan the failure, who failed in every way and has no legacy, patron saint of pragmatic and competent lieutenants who are cucked by their incompetent and incoherent boss at every turn
