Basically all the characters except these two feel like they were written by teenagers or preteens. Sonic OCs written by 11 year olds belong in 'bad character' threads about as much as an infant trying to crawl belongs in a 'lol check this retard get rekt' thread.

That's amazing. That sounds like a fun experiment to do for a character.

Having that many tropes on a single character is probably a bad idea, though. Plus, I rather suspect they came up with the trope list first and then wrote the background.

I particularly like how her fishnets have holes that allign perfectly with her scars. That's dedication.

I only read the first two-ish lines because I figured that after that it would stop being relevant to the character and just be little extra details or "this is what role this character will have in a story.", but it still sounds like it would be fun to do in a more "subdued" way. Look up tropes that you feel might fit in with how you're playing your character and see what the character looks like when diluted to their core storytelling devices. Probably works better than alignment for keeping in mind "how would my character act?".

I am deeply concerned by what a target physicologic is.

An 11 year old is capable of taking criticism and at least attempting to improve. Nobody ever improved by thinking they were already perfect.

Well, obviously she has fucked up in the past, so maybe she actually tried to go with swords/knives/whatever first, only to get cut up like a loser; after which she switched to firearms.
Then again, I doubt the creator went through any sort of thought process when coming up with that beyond 'scars are cool' and not knowing how scars might actually look.

Let's be honest here, we've all made characters like this at some point. I think it's just something everybody has to get out of their system.

Actually, her design is a little busy, and her surname sounds way too much like a canon character, but this is fairly reasonable. Hell, compare her to this other canon character (who hasn't even transformed into her awesome/slutty form yet). Even that "Aspect of death: gloating" doesn't make any less sense than the others.

Would watch an episode of Doctor Who where a psychic vampire tricks the Doctor into thinking she's his daughter, and feeds by obsessing over him.
