experience. start with a classic like the Intelligent Investor. browse investopedia to learn trade tools and candle patterns. keep a trading journal. write what you did well, what you did poorly, thoughts on markets, etc. set rules for trading. realistic daily goals (today, I will improve my net value by 1%) etc.

experience is the only real way to learn though. good luck.
