intermittent fasting is great because you can have one big meal and still be under your daily calorie expenditure. Lose weight while basically eating whatever you want once a day. Great for cutting after a bulk.

I love this diet personally

One piece of advice though, stay away from those imitation carb recipes like "keto pizza" or "keto cookies" or whatever. The whole point is to forget about those foods, if you fuck around like that you'll just end up craving the real thing.

Skinny fag here. Whenever I don't eat for awhile, any muscle I have disappears fast as fuck.

I dunno about 10-15 days of fasting, but going hungry every few days seems to help keep me lean.
