Depends on how spicey and what kind of spice, and what other flavors and textures are involved in the food.

Bubbles, fat, and sugar all tend to blunt the burning, to different degrees, therefore you could try cremant d'alsace, asti spumante, sweeter IPAs like dogfish 90/120, most imperial stouts, milk stout, witbiers, some rieslings (kabinett and sweeter), vinho verde, alsacian pinot gris, coteaux du layon, and some juicier red wines (syrah, grenache, some malbecs, california pinot noirs, some zinfandels).

Or like the other guy said, a white russian like the manchild you are.

Chardonnay. Not even kidding. I thought it was a joke when it was first recommended, but it's actually decent.
