I eat McD's maybe once or twice a year; for me it's the sausage biscuit with egg, level up with a slice of cheese. It gives me indigestion for the rest of the day, but good lord it tastes so good going down.
In Maine they have lobster sandwiches.

Seriously it's about 100% pure sugar. You gotta mix about 80% of their unsweet to 20% sweet just so your teeth don't recoil in horror.

I used to like the Crispy McBacon when I was in highschool, but I haven't eaten at a McDoanlds in 5 years. Wouldn't say any of it is really good. I guess the fries are the best part, since they're not bad by absolute standards.

The best McD's menu item quite clearly the double quarter pounder.

I'll usually make the McGangbang-esque creation with the double quarter pounder, a spicy McChicken, and a tub each of their ranch and buffalo sauce.

It's so disgusting. I love it.
