Homemade caramels with hazelnut

Here you go, boo.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
Some water
1 cup heavy cream

Add sugar to pan (male sure it has tall sides) and mix enough water to get it wet.
Heat on high until water evaporates and sugar becomes the desired level of brown
Heat to low, add cup of cream and whisk hard to avoid foaming and clumping
Reduce to desired consistancy remembering it will become harder at room temp or in fridge.

Make it a few times because this should be a precise baking thing

Thanks, but I'm a bit of a noob - what do you mean by heavy cream?

Looks cool.

Cream with a high percentage of butterfat. When it comes to American recipes they mostly mean heavy whipping cream, which you can find in the dairy department.

kahr-oom-fuck off fagget

That literally is a caramel recipe
You cook sugar, you receive caramel
