Is this the best grocer in the USA?

t. Flyover

Imagine being an American. LOL!

In rural USA, definitely. They save a good portion of the population from having wally world as the only choice for a grocery store.

I went there and the bread was Walmart quality at Whole Foods prices.

Cuck

I'm lucky enough that I don't have to imagine.

specifically Ralphs and Krogers are the best grocery stores in the US

25 cent donuts at Ralphs after 4 pm

Not even a debate.

never heard of it

t. Coastal

t. Canada

>try to use Target gift cards I got for christmas
>no fresh fruit section
>each food category barely took up 1/4th of the aisle
>Target's own "off brand" cereal costs more than the name brands

worst $15 I was ever forced to spend

wegmans, and it has been rated as such many times and it's not even a debate

...

When I used to live in the fly over states it was such a trip going in here as an immigrant, I've never been into a grocer that has a Starbucks, full functioning restaurant and bar, pizza shop plus a big ass selection for groceries.

LMAO @ UR LIFE

No it's terrible, but reminds me of my ex from rural Minnesota. Thanks a lot, dipshit. Now I'll probably go into work drunk today.

>imagine being american
>get shot
publix's bakery is best, imo.

>Johnlennon.mpeg

But Sobey's is better than all of those

I will agree that Sobeys bakery is pretty legit

don't do it user I just got fired from work for going in drunk

Target isnt a grocery store you unbelievably stupid fuck, why the fuck didnt you just buy any one of the other thousands of department store items that take up 95% of the store like a sd card or bed sheets or something?

I used to think Publix until Safeway opened up near me

WinCo all the way

Only northeast fags would understand. You can't blame them for their ignorance. Although, I really want to try Publix.

Their store brand of things are always amazing quality (usually better than name brand) for a good price. Their giant h&h cartons for example and their kettle chips are the best I've ever had that wasn't fresh.

this is best

1. HEB!
2. Dillons
3. Aldis

actually 3 is price chopper then 4 is adlis

>Sobeys
>everything is 30% more expensive
>quality of produce and deli consistently worse than local higher-end grocery and often even Metro

no

Step aside, gentlemen.

NY reporting. Never even heard of that place.

FFS

Stew Leonard's is a nice place. They produce a fine weenie.

A 24 hour grocer is a god send.

...

Walmart, whatre you retarded?

Popular=\=bad, quit it.

mah nigga

Soup and bakery are the shit, always got my red banana hookup. Good shit.
>brickyardfag here

/thread

Is every state a different country or something? I've never heard of any of these places.

with grocery stores yes. really dont think theres a predominately grocery store on a national scale in the country

Technically...yes.

O.0

Butthurt cucks without a wegmans incoming

Grocery Ranking

>1- Harris Teeter
>2- ShopRite
>3- Giant Eagle
>.
>.
>.
>9- Wal-Mart

You guys are aware that most of these names are just regional variations of the exact same shit right

Most of them, but not Weggies.

Trader Joes
Whole Foods
Pea Pod

only a few mentions of this place itt but this place is light years ahead of anything else. thank god I have like 50 near me. helps that it's 24/7 also.. and don't get me started on their live food sections in the day time

except for wegmans

Sobeys is top tier jewry.
>those weeks where they have all their products on a 2 for the price of one special, but this really just means they jack the price of all single products by 80%

Would have put that 15 bucks towards a French press. They have decent ones for 15-20 bucks.

Off topic but the best Target story I have occurred in 2003 right after I was out of university. My two roommates were friends from high school and we were all young professionals and stumbled upon 12 packs of Sam Adams light that seemed to be labeled for the same as 6 packs. We tested the waters and bought one and sure enough it was 6.79 a twelve pack. That Friday and the next day we kept going back to exhaust their stock and had a small fortress built out of 12 packs of beer, all purchased for 7 bucks.

I thought I was the only one that noticed how pleb the Metro produce section is.

>had previously worked for Target
>knew their policy on returns, repackages, clearance
>bought Anova
>mutilated the fuck out of it's packaging
>returned it
>found it on a clearance section labeled repackage
>30% off
>hid it elsewhere
>after a while the price drops again
>70% off, checked on those scanners around the store
>bought it again
Use responsibly.

No this is. Nothing more /comfy/ than Wisconsin in the form of a grocery store.

>he thinks day-old bread discounts are specific to one grocer

Wegmans is the best grocery chain I've ever been to and I've lived all over the US.

Ah, I see you're a man of culture as well

...

H-E-B, hands down.
