Palestinian chicken is a safe bet, basically it's a roasted chicken marinated in spices and yoghurt. Cooking Lamb is good too, rub it down with herbs, olive oil and garlic, then cook it along with a head of roasted garlick, serve it on some flat bread. Simple, but delicious. Lamb Kebabs are good too, a bit of yoghurt sauce, some falafel maybe, served on some grilled, warm pita? Forget about it.
