First off, it's not as if whites aren't heavily represented in powerful industries or that they don't tend to bring in other whites when they are given that position of power. Whites still represent a lot of the ruling class and the behaviors associated with that class. I don't know where in the hell you're claim about east asians is coming from.
Second, you need to realize that representation in these industries is influenced by history. There has been a LOT of capital in the hands of Jews for a long time due to their history of land ownership and usury. A fairly significant gap in intelligence between them and 'whites' is what motivated this free market outcome rather than some evolutionary trait. The gap between them and the rest of us will only grow and grow as the gap between the rich and the poor grows larger and larger. That's how capitalism works, but not necessarily how jews work.
And i think much of the culty behavior that they display nowadays is a logical resukt of the identity formation following the holocaust and seizure of what is now israel. But this sort of thought is by no means limited to jews, as any cursory look at the US politics of the right (or history of that right) will show you. It's very 'tribalist' and exploitative to enslave millions of people for their labor, and yet this was a recent historical phenomenon that was primarily dominated by whites.

I doubt that. If that were the only cause jews would have been assimilated into various other cultures probably no later than 1600 to 1700 years ago. I think the leading cause of strong in group preference in jewish culture is rooted in their religion which holds jews as the chosen people.

That could be possible but my theory is really more sociological. In the past society was less atomized, so people like this would naturally congregate or enlist and be able to act in concert to plot violence, as you said. With massive media culture you instead have people simulating the basic human need for contact without actually connecting with others. It's like junk food addicts who gorge themselves on carbs and fats and salt, and binge on food without ever feeling full because they aren't eating real food but food-like substances. So they're always wanting more junk food, which stimulates all those endorphin centres while never actually leaving the person satisfied.
