Technically im a cook, but lately been working as a supervisor more than a cook, sous chef quit and chef is on vacation for another week after getting married. I was next on the totem pole as far as kitchen staff. Im hoping to take the sous chef job just for the fact its an extra $7 an hour, but i doubt ill get it just because i dont have much professional cullinary training
