Glimlets are tasty, but if you want a proper drink then for me it's the Negroni
i like sprite but i'm basic
>#i/m going with ginger beer. That spice is something special.
You stupid motherfucker I LOVE ginger beer but its so difficult to buy in large quantities here. My go to is black rum and ginger beer with some lime juice. But you need that extra spicy ginger beer. I bought some ginger ale because I was tired of spending so much on the little expensive ginger beer bottles from the international foods aisle and its basically a waste of rum for me because it tastes so shit with normal ginger ale.
Soda water with fresh lime
that's a shame I'm guzzling that shit with gin right now
right fucking now
I've never tried gin I've heard its exceedingly bitter, will pick up a sampler bottle next time I'm at the liquor store.
Grapefruit Juice, but isn't bombay a sweet Gin
>exceedingly bitter
I don't see that at all. Tonic is very dry, but gin on it's own is quite pleasant imo. I'm a very recent convert. Hope you enjoy. If not then whatever ppl like what they like
Last week I got charged $18 for two gin and tonics. Tell me Veeky Forums I got robbed right?
Make a Holland gin cocktail
2 gin
1 maraschino liqueur
1 simple syrup
3 dashes bitters
Squeeze half a lemon
Stir, serve over ice
Just discovered it this month and I can't get enough
Now hear me out on this. Rootbeer is actually amazing mixed with gin. I normally drink gin half and half with regular soda water but my wife always drinks rum and rootbeer. One day I drunkenly mixed the two and ti makes for an perfect rootbeer.
I will try this.
If root beer was readily available here I'd deffo try this
I love being drunk
Don't try to skip/sub that maraschino liqueur. If you don't have it already it's a valuable addition to your liquor cabinet. It'll take a whiskey sour to the next level, and it's awesome in a Hemingway daiquiri
Ginger ale and lemon
Russchian if you can find it
I love gin with grapefruit juice.
Mountain Dew is ok too.
pretty much yeah
Gin caesars is the only way I'll drink a caesar. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
I really like tonic so I've never bothered experimenting much. I don't like ginger beer but it's meant to be quite good, and with very sweet/fruity gins you can just have lemonade or soda I guess.
pic related. do it now.
Vermouth.
This
Martinis or Negronis all day
gin and coke
superior to vodka or rum versions
gin and cola
i'm kind of sceptical desu
Lemonade or fresca
aka the bartender fucked up and you get a free drink for being cool special
gin and coke is awful but gin and coke is great
> gin and coke is awful but gin and coke is great
are you okay
Sparkling water + lime juice is pretty good.
Or if you prefer it sweeter, a splash of Rose's Lime Cordial.
Even sweeter but in the same flavor profile, gin and lemon soda.
- 2 shots of gin
- 1 lime La Croix
2 or 3 of those on a Friday night'll have u feeling good
if you find "dry" lemon sodas (something halfway between tonic water and lemon soda) it's breddy good with gin
also what other anons say, just add lemon, some sugar and water, spritzer or soda
Mix mashed up watermelon to tonic and add to gin. Make sure it's a more citrus flavoured gin
>add watermelon to gin
tom collins
fizzy lemonade
Earl grey tea, honey, lemon.

Was going to post this.
A bit of mint added to the above is great in the summer.
I prefer lime, but that's just me.
Try just a bit of lime when making a classic Gin & Tonic.
Really quite nice.
Pineapple juice goes quite nicely. Was my go-to drink back in university.
Came here to post this
Tonic is sweet as fuck
A lot of peope say stuff which is really good but hard to find and expensive. Just get some normal shit and have some fun, hopefully with a cute girl.
Most of these people don't know jack shit.
Tomato juice for a Red Snapper
...
>Tonic is very dry
>gin and coke is awful but gin and coke is great
Thanks user, now I'm going to get drunk off of gin and coke just to see if I love hate it
Gin is not bitter at all, but the tonic can be.
depends on the brand. some are unbearably bitter.
Gin best mixed with sadness
I had a gin and tonic at some local pool bar and it tasted almost like liquorice. What can I add to my gin and tonic to make it taste like this?
With Gini. This way, you make Gin Ginnies.
some dashes of absinthe to taste or a bit of any anise flavored alcohol (sambuca, pastis, etc.)
Bitter lemon.
gin and gang
Ginger Ale
Soda Water
Grapefruit Juice + Soda (1:2 ratio)
Cranberry Juice for when I want a change. Drys my whole mouth if I swill it which also feels good
good tonic shouldn't be anywhere close to the sweetness of soda
1 to 1 ratio of Gin and squeezed lemon/lime juice over ice is pretty refreshing
this guy knows
Vermouth and olive brine.
This shit is awesome, gin is awesome, somehow I've never combined them. Good shout.
Tanqueray ten or bloom with pineapple juice
or new york gin neat in a chilled glass, but I cannae find it anywhere
I like mine mixed with Elderflower presse, or just Lemonade.
Watermelon syrup is better than adding actual watermelonz
Squeeze lime slice into an ice-filled glass
Shot of gin
Shot of Hypnotiq
Dash of grapefruit juice
Fill glass with soda
Refreshing in the summer.
>300 dollars for 300 calories
If you got charged $18 for two of anything you'd better be seeing leprechauns at the end of the first.
Tanqueray with fresh brewed sencha. Shake that shit up with ice and pour into a tall glass. You get a nice foamy top too.
will try this, thanks user
sounds about right for Los Angeles.
just picked up some Beefeater and tonic and lime. cheers lads
Dry vermouth and a dash of orange bitters.
Otherwise champagne and lemon.
if you're a uk bro then lilt is the one also any grapefruit fizzy drink, especially ting
that's a rickey
Add few drops of angostura bitters for a refreshing pink gin
Beefeater was my first gin, and also the first gin I drank neat.
It was surprisingly inoffensive, to the extent that I prefer it over vodka.
Julmust
This. A dash of angostura bitters helps make a ton of drinks more interesting, even non-alcoholic ones such as sodas, or seltzer water.
Anything fruity
sadness
warm apple cider
those are alright swedish prices tbqh
superior gin passing through
True, but they're both shit compared to the stuff that isn't shilled 24/7 by the media. I like Bluecoat but there are plenty out there
