Is there any way to eat enough clean/protein calories to get ripped without spending more than $100/mo?

You gotta spend big to eat big to get big you fucking soyboy man the fuck up

find your preferred source of protein
calculate % protein per 100g
find your daily macros
calculate the price you need to eat every day

what are you current nutrient and protein goals, i will spoonfeed you

whey, but no, 100$/month is nothing if you wanna get huge

youll probably go through AT LEAST half that alone in just whey and milk

Nigger you can get 36 eggs for like $3.00

Eggs are at a record low price, but they're not that cheap.

Depends where you live and where you go shopping.

In upstate NY, you can go to Aldi or Walmart and get a dozen eggs for like 89 cents. Do the math.

Even if you get huge muscles no one will still love you

I lived in a flyover state, but I ate off of around $80-100 bucks a month in a rough patch around 2 years ago.

Tons of ground turkey (was regularly under $2/lb, sweet potatoes, onions, and mushrooms.

Was repetitive but I stayed ripped.

eggs are your cheapest animal protein, soybeans are the cheapest veg protein

The Choice Is Yours

I've seen even cheaper

beans!

dumpsterdiving

the power of soy has been revealed to me through this frogposter.

to the soy I will turn

the big 5-dozen packs of eggs usually work out to about that price or a little over, depending on where you live. I'm in fucking Alaska and the 5-doz packs are only $8

yes its called fishing

no

i spend at least $500 a month on food

How the fuck is this even a question unless you're a literal retard? Americans were a mistake.

you must have dial up you faggot

mcdoubles no cheese

Looking it up if I ate nothing but rice, minced meat and whey protein that would be about 3000kcal and 170g protein daily for hundred euros a month.

At my store they sell tilapia for 50 cents/oz. Can't beat that desu

ITT poor fagg's who eat cage ridden eggs instead of Artesian eggs from happy chickens outside

yes, but there is no fun way to do it

nuts, peanutbutter

Haven't been to the store in a couple weeks, but last time I bought a 5 dozen pack, it was $3.88 or something similar.

Also, I just buy whatever meat is on discount in quantity and freeze what I'm not going to cook immediately. Just starting a semi-keto diet to see if it makes me feel any better, so I'm all about protein and no carbs now I guess.

Damn, I'd love to have ground turkey below $2/lb here.

Protein shakes
Chicken breasts
Tuna

I can buy 60 eggs for $1.30 before tax in Arkansas.

But when I'm strong enough some women will be too scared to say no when I get them alone.

Yes.
Whole chickens and beans.

Whey protein is like $20 (2 scoops is 36g, last me about 1-2 months, get vanilla.) Eggs are real cheap and a gallon of milk is like $4. You should get spinach and broccoli good vitamins and protein. Chicken is a go to meat but its about $12 for like 12 tenders. I normally spend $50-60 at Wal-Mart for food including dumb bullshit like chips and junk food.
