>best ways to make burgers
for me, it's the classic -
onion, gherkin
mustard, ketchup
and of course, cheese
jalapenos if i'm in the mood
The best burgers are made on grills, preferably charcoal. It's different from a frying pan because it lets excess liquid drip away so you get the best sear. Reverse searing works pretty well if you have to burgers indoors.
I like them with multiple kinds of onion, crispy fried onions, sauteed onions, and raw onion. Plus cheddar, mayo, mustard.
what the fuck is that scribbly bullshit, how is anyone expected to read that.
for me it's the reuben burger
>pretzel or brioche bun
>spicy mustard
>romaine lettuce
>patty
>bleu cheese
>grilled onions
>grilled jalapeños
>more spicy mustard
>bun
wash it down with a cold beer
Cold beer is a necessity for burgers
>beer and jalapenos
>beer and anything
Just no. Beer fucking sucks. Unless it's some fancy beer but that doesn't exist. All beer sucks.
Wash it down with Sprite.
>I prefer coke™ brand Sprite™ as the perfect beverage
this but without the blue cheese
Sodas and burgers go hand in hand and they tastes fine. Beer on other hands is shit, makes you bloated, and feels like your head was dipped in a vat of superglue and gummy bears.
You have to be over 18 to post here.
I like my burgers to taste like generic fast food.
I'm usually very adventurous and creative with recipes. But not when it comes to burgers.
Same, since I've got a thing for McDonald's. But I've made my own a few times. Any suggestions for a big mac imitation?
Also, I'm starting to like coleslaw on my burgers.
Shroom&swiss+zip sauce.
>Brioche bun
>Hot ketchup
>Tomato
>Salad
>Cheddar
>Red onions
>Bacon
>Brioche bun
my standard, pretty good
turns out I forgot the patty
look kinda grouse

fuck your sugar water. it literally ruins the burger with the overpowering taste of corn syrup, i could tolerate the soda as a kid it's just too much.
Water is the only acceptable answer.
You only think that way because you make shitty thick patties.
>he doesnt use a grill to cook exclusively
Lol kill yourself man!
That is a slider you moron
I just gagged. Sprite's new syrup friendly flavor is shit and so is your opinion.
OBSESSED
i usually buy the ground pork from costco because it's cheap as hell. makes good burgers.
>little worcestershire sauce
>salt n pepper, garlic powder
>screamin hot pan, sear both sides until crusty
they're really good with creamy cheeses like muenster and smoked paprika mayonnaise and big pickle slices
do you not make them with beef?
Halepenos cooked in with the burger meat ,,,, weeeetttttt
>he cant read copperscript
Are you 5?
