Okay, Veeky Forums in honor of the Philadelphia Eagles winning the Superbowl.

How do you like your Philly cheesesteak?

For me, it's with grilled jalapenos and banana peppers. I don't like bell peppers and onions and that garbage, I prefer to keep it simple. Also, if there isn't one slice of melted Swiss cheese on that sandwich, it belongs in the trash.

You aren't eating a Philly cheese steak.

If you're gonna talk Philly sandwiches both the Italian cold cut hoagie and the roast pork with broccoli rabe are superior to the cheesesteak. No reason to bother with cheesteaks if either of those are available.

I Dice a white onion and red pepper, saute them and let them get well cooked, then i throw the meat in there, which is usually shaved ribeye and I let that sit and get a crust, then stir and repeat.
I prepare my buns which are hoagie rolls, an put a bit of mayo on them, I know too much mayo can be gross but I feel a small ammount does the philly justice. So I take my meat and vegi mix which has is now fairly well browned, stuff it into the rolls, and then top with provolone, or white American cheese, from the deli, no Kraft singles or single prepacked cheese product. then I throw them into the oven at 300 for like 10 mins to get the cheese melty and the bun warm.

Grilled onions, fresh jalapeno, mushroom, cheddar or mozzarella

>Not a real Philly!

I couldn't care less.

>makes thread about cheesesteak
>posts Italian beef

sounds about right

But what if I just don't like bell peppers and onions?

nevermind, google says it's a cheesesteak
sorry, doesn't look like any cheesesteak i've ever had

God, I love hoagie bread. Chewy exterior, soft interior. Yum

It's alright user. I grew up in Chicago and i used to love pops Italian beef and sausage. You just reminded me of it.

This. DiNic's in Reading Terminal makes terrific roast pork sandwiches.

For me, I grill a nice porterhouse and then drizzle tostitos queso dip on it.

why do fats like swimming in their food?
How would you even eat that without getting shit all over your face?

By opening your mouth...

sorry, my mouth doesn't open that wide.
perhaps you are used to it from the massive amount of cock you take orally

It is possible to take small bites as well.

>he doesn't keep a couple of napkins handy to clean up his mess
Greasy cheesesteak is better than steak and cheese

Only a fat fuck would think drinking grease is preferable.

>drinking grease
If I'm counting my macros and kcal's and a cup of grease keeps me on target, I see no issues with it.

Pats fan here. Congrats eagles.
Swiss and chedder with mushroom with shaved ribeye. Lightly toasted bun in butter on both sides.

Fried onions, ketchup, mayo, salt, pepper. I prefer Italian hoagies though.

It tastes better user. It keeps the flavor in the meat.

I bet you like your steaks well done

>cheese spray

Only cheap ass tourist traps sell it like that, all the good places use provolone.

I like
>extra meat
>peppers and onions
>provolone
And that meat better not be too dry.

>not cheesesteak
>not cheesesteak
>not cheesesteak
>not cheesesteak

Cheese spray is the dumbest ingredient. Fine in a pinch, but anyone who insists on it is an asshole. Provolone is fine.

Filled with onions and cheese whiz.

I'd also like to try it with British brown sauce.

This guy gets it. But, I'd also ask for extra cheese if you're getting extra meat, so the ratio stays right.

cheesesteak

Steve's.
1 wiz wit.

>Not liking onions
Then you're a manchild

Anyone else like blue cheese on their Philly cheesesteak?

Like this: youtu.be/VCDXt8MAvYs

Yeah, it's fucking tasty.

I like onions in small doses. If they're diced, they're pretty good. I just dont like slurping this big ass piece of onion in my sandwich. I like the flavor of jalapenos and banana peppers better.
