The mustard and A1 out for shelf-stable hot sauce if this is a survival scenario.
>Something pickled
Can be kraut, kimchi, pickled cucumber, pickled sandwich peppers
>Something creamy
Butter, mayo, associated derivatives
>Something "hot"
Chili peppers or sauce, mustard, horseradish and nasal heats also fit into this category
I tried to be as general as possible.

Are we just talking just condiments that are liquid/spreadable?
Barbecue Sauce
Mustard
Hot Sauce
Ketchup only belongs on some kind of fried potato. It is shit on literally everything else. Mustard is great but Gulden's blows. Ofc hot sauce is in there. Just fuck off with the ketchup.
Big three as in what's most popular or big three as in what I prefer most on a personal level?
Mustard
Hot sauce (of various kinds from various countries)
Mayonnaise
don't you have dogs you need to be slaughtering
all three are vinegar based. so really, vinegar is the UR condiment, all else follows.
Why do so many people on here have a negative opinion of ketchup? Edgy contrarianism?
Mustard
Olive Oil
Vinegar
It's just not very good. Ketchup is best used as an ingredient in a sauce than as a condiment.
Incidentally dog meat goes great with all those condiments!
>Mayo
>Ketchup
>Fry Sauce
>mustard
>hot sauce
>anchovy
Mustard

Mayo
African slavery was the greatest mistake in the history of western civilization and this is not from a moral perspective.
