Can you give me examples of healthy meals so I know what things to google how to cook

Squid and sweet potato and green beans and tomato.

look up keto versions of food you like
not at all saying you should go on a keto diet but they will be healthier

I nice basket of deep fried fish and chips smothered in tartar sauce

what type of food do you like? are you trying to lose weight or are you trying to eat more vegetables? which type of "healthy?"

I like fast food. I want to learn how to cook so I don't eat fast food.

learn how to make rice
learn how to chop vegetables or buy a food processor with a shred and chop blade
learn how to cook chicken thighs (Jacques Pepin has a good technique)
buy or make sauces and salad dressing
learn how to make salad, maybe start only vegetables you like for example (lettuce, tomato, olives, feta, onion with a dressing of lemon, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper)

you can make:
fried rice (use cold rice and any vegetables you like)
teriyaki chicken thighs with rice and vegetables
chicken, salad, and bread
stir fries with meat, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce
chicken thighs, green beans, and rice with a honey mustard BBQ sauce

also try easy stuff like spaghetti with meat sauce. if you make a full jar with one pound of beef or pork, you can save the sauce for later and make noodles on demand. just heat the sauce up in a separate pan while the noodles are cooking and then use tongs to move the noodles from the pot to the pan. stir for a couple of minutes. one box of pasta and one jar of sauce plus a pound of meat makes four technically double but average portions.

my fried rice recipe:
for two or three portions
in a 12 inch skillet

cut 4 pieces of bacon into lardon size with scissors
chop half an onion
1 matchsticks cut (or shredded) carrot
half a bell pepper chopped
one zucchini cut lengthwise twice then chopped
one or two green onions chopped finely
optional:
1/2 cup kimchi (I make my own) chopped

you'll need fish sauce and soy sauce, too.
also sesame oil and seeds are essential to me but maybe not you.
and two cups cooked cold rice

In the pan, cook the bacon until it's lightly browned
add onion and carrot and cook 4 minutes
add pepper and zucchini and cook until everything is tender
add kimchi if you're using it, cook for 2 minutes
add cold rice and one tablespoon each soy sauce and fish sauce (add more of each equally to adjust for your taste)
break up the rice and stir until everything is incorporated
fry for a couple of minutes
add sesame oil and green onions and let sit (don't let it burn) for 2 minutes so the bottom of the rice gets crispy

put in a bowl and top with sesame seeds, picture included.

deep fryer + rice

Let's hear it. What don't you like to eat?

will you cook that dog?

When he dies I'm gonna make a stole out of him.

he's Cane Corso & Great Pyrenees

delicious. thank you user

That looks like a very nice dog.

Your house looks comfy
I would live with you

Keto is not a healthy diet lol. It's great to lose weight but it's definitely not healthy.

What the fuck why is everything so clean? Do you live with your mother?

I don't see how it could be unhealthy when your stamina and mental clarity is so greatly boosted. You just have to make sure you're keeping track of vitamin intake as well as carbs.

I wish I could stay on it, but you end up having to separate yourself from everyone around you when it comes to food, and so much of community is based around sharing food.

>mental clarity and stamina
Thats your body going going into I need to find food because Im cannibalizing myself mode

Anything with a lot of vegetables and protein but not a whole lot of fat is going to be healthy. Stir fry for instance. Eat it with rice if you are poor and want to stretch it

Nah, I'm a housewife.
