Seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled. Salmon is flavorful enough on it's own, don't overcomplicate it.

salmon is great with maple

Sounded good until hot sauce. Why would you go through all that trouble just to slather it in a flavour absorber with heat. If you want heat just add more Cheyenne pepper.

Chop up some mushrooms and red peppers and place in a glass casserole dish with the salmon. Coat with teriyaki sauce and bake for 30 minutes

Maple Nut Salmon
> for 2 filets:
> 1/4c nuts (pecan, walnuts, etc)
> 1.5tbs maple syrup
> 1.5tsp apple cider vinegar
> 0.5tsp smoked paprika
> 0.25tsp chili powder
> 0.25tsp onion powder
> pinch of red pepper flakes
> S&P to taste

Blend into a paste, score salmon, and press into flesh. Bake or whatever. Wala.

Candied Salmon

Asian BBQ Salmon
