Two people I loved, had overwhelming admiration for, died during the first few months of freshman year.
A movie came out about the topic. It was a masterpiece. I can’t watch it.
But I saw the movie poster recently and it brought back those feelings. I was alive. Such wonderful deep emotion. That movie poster was a portal.
It gradually lost its power.
I’m always looking for new portals.
