Whiskey sours, every bar has some cool variation and if you don't go to shit hole dives in Vegas I'm sure you'll get to taste a bunch. Easily my favorite cocktail.

Just go to any one of the slushy places, get the biggest thing you can, make it a long pour, and add everclear, tip the person fat.

Only correct way to drink it is with a small amount of water to dilute it. This is how one tastes whiskey at proper tastings. However its personal preference if you want soda, ice or neat

I always love drinking whiskey with pure cane sugar coke like pic related. But I like drinking it straight or diluted as well.

Fuck what anybody else says. Have fun your first time. Roll into casino bars and ask what their house cocktails are, then pick one with ingredients you like. I'm a high-functioning bourbon drunk, but if I got a trip to Tahiti, you're goddamn right I'd be sitting on the beach with some fruity-ass, paper-umbrella-havin' girly-as-shit rum drinks all day every day, because there's no other time I'd be drinking them. Just go with the house specialties until you figure out what you like.

My first time on Bourbon St., it was my discovery that bars offer 3-for-1 specials on well drinks at 7:00 am. Loved New Orleans from that point forward.

I’ve already had my first drink and everything, but I definitely see where you’re coming from. Plus my brother is going as well and he wanted to go to Vegas to gamble a bit and go to clubs. My parents planned it.

If you're gambling sometimes they will come up to you offering a free cocktail or something, if that's what you're asking.
