Ate this once with ramen. Is the whole flavor profile based on mouth feel? It seems like there was a type of chili pepper in it at some point but it has been processed entirely out

garlic sriacha is literally superior in every way

>not just spicy ketchup
>actual flavor
>not just a smooth paste

this shit is goat

Avocado

It's good but it's basically asian ketchup, it overpowers everything. I only ever use it to make bland food edible ie. barely seasoned white rice

this

The only thing I use this for is to put in ramen

for me

OP here: I chose between this and sriracha for the picture

I put it in my egg sandwiches. It's quite nice

I like the "super hot chili" variant with the red top, it's not actually hot at all, just spicy ie really peppery so it doesnt burn in the mouth at all.

You know you can just make a massive jar of this shit yourself for very cheap, right?

also requesting this
i literally buy a jar once a week

About a year back I was making dinner for my family. I walked into the kitchen and caught my dad squirting that shit into my chilli.

If that wasn't bad enough.. it was like 2 years out of date. Not even kidding. Smelled vile.

avocado

bacon is pretty meme-y (though not nearly as much as it used to be) but ill be damned if it isnt delicious

But steel reserve is fucking trash and doesn't serve a purpose anymore. 40s like Hurricane High Grav are 1% less but 100x more drinkable and if you don't care about taste and are trying to maximize your dollar to alcohol and have to get malt drinks you go for one of 10-12% 4Lokos.

Guinness

It's nice every now and then but my people treat it like its amazing.

t. Actual paddy

>4Lokos
there not in 40s tho main stream across country steels are still better

Well that's national pride. It's your third biggest cultural export, after all. Right after domestic abuse and pederasty.

bunch of thai chillies
some garlic
grind them all up together
add a dash of fish sauce
bam youre done

>plastic bottle

Aussies will get this

Attached: mystery fooooood.jpg (600x400, 33K)

is that really cheaper than 2 bucks a bottle?

sriracha makes poor peoples food taste like sriracha instead of shit...

Is this how much this is for you guys? Shit's expensive where I am, hence why I just make it myself.

in melbourne aus it's like 3.5 a bottle max for an average size. I always buy 2 or 3 when it's on sale for 1.5 - 2 bucks

Ah, one of the advantages of the Chinks slowly taking over your country I suppose

Legit the only plus to chinks is their chink shit general stores

peeled tomato cans
garlic
onion
pepper
oregano and basil
mustard seeds
chili flakes or full chillies
coriander
allspice
evoo
salt to taste
a slice of red bell pepper
parsley
lovage
thyme

put everything through the mixer, then slow boil until paste is desired consistency.

One teaspoon of this makes every store-bought ramen god-like. The sandwiches become divine. Steak, don't get me started.

Why have siracha when you could have superior gochujang?

Attached: yummmmm.jpg (1200x1200, 317K)

Way to spicy

This stuff is like $2 for a jar that'll last me for months. How the FUCK is it more effective to make your own?

Thai chilis aint cheap by me
t. Flyover

>Shit's expensive where I am
Exactly how much is it? I really can't believe it's that much more expensive than buying a bunch of chilis and garlic.

gochujjang is good, but it's a totally different flavor. It's mainly for umami, not spiciness (unless you're white)

how does it feel having your language go extinct
