What is the best hotsauce and why is it Tabasco?

What is the best hotsauce and why is it Tabasco?
>inb4 b-but this weird offbrand one you've never heard of before is miles better!

that or Franks

Literally tobasco, but better.

Tobasco is just spicy vinegar, it tastes like shit.

Attached: 330225.jpg (900x900, 35K)

I like the Nando's brand hot sauce, I only tried it once, gotta find another bottle of that.

Eh. Matouk's is top-tier to me. If I can't order from Amazon, I'll just grab a bottle of Cholula from the grocery store.

Actually Louisiana is spicy vinegar and thats why it's so good. Tabasco is like Budweiser, it advertises that it has extra ingredients.

unironically sriracha is the best then probably cholula

unironically neck yourself

Because of the unique aging process and the high quality vinegar they use.
Also glass bottles are a better barrier against oxygen.

This is a nice sauce too

>it advertises that it has extra ingredients.
No it does not

Tastelets will never understand.

This except not the regular one, the habanero one.

Green hot sauces are the best. Even green jalapeno Tobasco is better than regular Tobasco.

Hahaha
You are wrong

This anons

The original is alright. The garlic and habanero versions are miles better.

How is it possible to hold an opinion this incorrect?

Always keep a bottle of this in my dorm. Damn good

Attached: image.jpg (3264x2448, 1.58M)

Yep, tabasco is the best.

It just tastes so fresh and crisp. Other Louisiana-style sauces taste dull and stale.

Crystal

I like Frank's Red Hot the best.

no mames wey
para mio, este es cholula

I don't speak Graffiti Side of the Wall, but cholula is shit, and so is tapatio

Go back up north, you tastelet faggot nigger. Kill yourself, huh?

tabasco has a strange chemical aftertaste. I prefer Trappey's Red Devil

>Tobasco

Attached: 1509554905674.jpg (480x480, 44K)

>He doesn't enjoy Tobosco, the delicious off brand from Mane.

Attached: 1521974128964.gif (200x200, 1.19M)

Aside from the taste, what I really like about this is that you get so much of it you can really slather it on wings and stuff.

Attached: Formula 47.png (630x840, 884K)

Amen brother.

This is what years of consuming crappy cajun sauces does to you

>34fl oz = 1L
>It's actually 1.00550001L

What a bargain!

tabasco is good when you have it on literally everything when you go to a waffle house drunk at 3am

>Tabasco pepper
>High quality vinegar
>Salt aquired from avery island
>Chemical taste

Yeah no,chang

This except any flavor but the original. Habanero actually has a better taste even.

Original one is fucking great

is it hot?

Its 5/10, green is 1/10 and the hottest is 6/10. Too much vinegar

This

Its like you don't even try.

Attached: Crystal-Hot-sauce.jpg (1000x1000, 197K)

el yucateco is not an off brand and has way more flavor than tabasco.

re: el yucoteco, the green one is pretty mild for anyone "into" hot sauces, but fucking delish. their mayan sauce is pretty hot, and still amazing

Ask yo momma why she decided to keep you.

I love the taste of the sauces from marie sharp

especially the fruity ones

I generally prefer other hot sauces but this one is my favorite on eggs.

What did my brain mean by this?

You can’t pick just one, I got franks red hot, cholula, el yucateco habanero, and Valentina extra hot and sometimes others if I want to try them

>cheap """"spicy"""" vinegar is hot sauce
ya no

It tastes like the sea. Great for oysters.

I love eating my dad's vagina

it means you dont like hot sauce...........that things basically tomato sauce with some ground black pepper

Wow you must have a huge schlong

The Extra Hot version of Crystal is the superlative Louisiana hot sauce

huh?

poor mans version of lousianna
i had it for a while and thought it wasnt bad, then i finished it and bought a bottle of lousianna and never went back

>Franks

Attached: D4EEB24B-2AD2-455C-9510-35EC1E116F29.jpg (900x1200, 417K)

Tastes like the plunger section at a hardware store

Pepes Sauce will blow your anus out

Attached: overthewall.jpg (1000x1394, 68K)

Fuck you, Paco, we created this shit.

the superior tabasco

Attached: 0000657_tabasco-chipotle-pepper-sauce_550.png (195x550, 163K)

I like all the big vinegar-hotsauce brands
I love sloshing that on my fried eggs and mixing it with the yolks.
I think I usually go for tabasco just because I grew up with it. It's a familiar taste.
But I enjoy them all.

Muh extracts

You are wrong

I don't think there's really a best hot sauce because different styles work better for different things, but for a daily driver all purpose kind of thing, most Louisiana style cayenne sauces do a great job cutting through fat. You might want something like el yucateco Mayan for things that could be overwhelmed by too much acidity, plus it packs a decent punch

Literally fucking anything is better than vinegar with red food coloring.

I love spicy food but I would rather my food taste boring and not spicy than shitty and mildly spicy, which is exactly what Tabasco sauce tastes like. It’s trash-tier hot sauce. I like a lot of heat, but flavour will always be most important, and Tabasco fails on the heat and completely ruins the taste of the food.

What do they taste like?

>Tabasco
>food coloring

How does it feel to be "special"?

Sco has both,cunt

Why do all of the threads about hot sauce sound like an army of people choking on truck nuts? There's never a sane person in the bunch.

tastes like bbq sauce. it's so sweet.

in fact, i use it as bbq sauce. smother pulled pork in it. delicious.

>Lets ruin the nice clean labeling with flames and an edgy font
Terrible.

Garlic is better.

Sander's hot sauce desu

you tastelet faggot the obviously better one is maximum max's hot sauce

you god,i moved to argentina a decade ago and forgot how much i loved this,i can finally buy this shit in bulk, thank god

Mama Cholula is the best all-purpose hot sauce, no contest

>just make my food taste like sour vinegar senpai with no hint of spice

>likes tabasco AND franks most
how plebian are you?

I like Frank's but it's a little under heated I haven't tried Xtra hot version yet but I fear it will be too hot. Just a little more from regular would be perfect for me

>All these tastelets dissing tobasco
One of the most refined, subtle hot sauces desu

>tobasco

That stuff isn't even hot though, it's like a slightly mild ketchup. The only thing good about it is the bottle.

hispanic as fuck.

eh, pretty much my experience.

Louisiana got that lip-smacking goodness boiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Tabasco is top shelf no doubt but it's not the best. My favorite lately has been Tropical Pepper Co. Their ghost pepper sauce is delectable. It balances heat with flavor.

If you like ghost peppers I'd suggest them, they're pretty cheap and they don't use extracts.

Correct answer.

Tasted both, they are nothing special.

Noi ei oo oikeesti mitenkään erikoisia.

Its seriously not hot though. I remember running out of tabasco one time and having to use my sisters cholula instead and I poured a shit ton and still didn't really taste any spiciness.

I am making red devil wings right now
Weird to see a hot sauce thread on here

8oz of red devil
8oz of italian dressing
marinade for two days
Grill em up
