Paul. Also Jesus was just teaching Moral Precepts within the context of a underclass Judaisim. His moral precepts create a safer, more just society.

I guess the two debtors.

From a literary standpoint he was one of the cleverest characters of all time. Wrecking pharisees and coming up with relevant parables on the fly.

this

Can someone explain the one about the slaves and the talents? It just seems like the owner is a tyrant who punished his slave for being cautious.

you gotta be bold, man
invest your money, don't just bury it
that's what I always thought

sounds like something a jew would say

>Jesus was just teaching Moral Precepts within the context of a underclass Judaisim.
Explain two of those moral precepts and how they were defined by the context of underclass Judaism.

>explain the one about the slaves and the talents
This parable illustrates the use of gifts given by God. The wicked and lazy servant could not evade responsibility for ignoring his talent. Burying the talent in the ground is an illustration of using one's God-given gifts for earthly pursuits. The bankers represent other faithful people to whom the man could have turned to help him use his talents wisely. Since help was available to him in the Church, the man has no excuse.

There's this but it was edited by a Jew.

You know at one point Jesus says that he makes his parables so that only people who really want to know God can understand them

while I'm at it, I'll give you a hint; it has nothing to do with money.

Wtf is this channel

use what God has given you. if you waste it or hide it and let it decay, you'll be punished
