What real life city is the most cyberpunk one ?

If you emptied out all the Japs from Tokyo and replaced it with a bunch of filthy criminal Americans, that city would be the most cyberpunk.

It's set on the island of Cucacao just north of venesuala.

However it's a corporately owned and operated, mega city. Lots of chinese, but also lots of americans and europeans.
South american labourers make up the main build of the labour force whilst a japanese company handles all security and 'military' duties.

Also it's set in a alternate history in which pablo escobar became dictator of columbia and was embroiled in years of war against the united state. Funding his highly paid and well equiped force with drug money from the government sanctioned Medellian cartel.

Name it after a saint that is associated with the themes of your book.
