He works at a Barnes & Noble

>he works at a Barnes & Noble
HOW PATHETIC. WHAT A SOYBOY.

Wagies gonna wage

so many QTs at B&N tho

not like i talk to them but they're there

what's the best kind of part time job for meeting qt's to fuck? I don't need to work and am currently living the NEET life working on my masterpiece but my dry spell has extended past a comfortable date so I might as well get a small job to meet people. I could usually score pretty easy with women but I took a semester off from school and live in a small town

nice

I have literally never met a dude who looks like he lifts working at B&N, and I have been to a lot of them all over the US. I will give you that. What an awful thread that I am still posting in though.

>getting a part time job to meet women

Don't kid yourself faggot you are beyond hope that is a terrible plan. Especially since so many other better options exist lel

>Especially since so many other better options exist lel

name a better place to meet women for an under 21 shut in neet off from school

their used book section is where it's at
once got two giant volumes of greek plays with the box for like $15. felt good, man.
they have a bunch of treasures hidden back there

didnt know they had a used book section

Ive worked at an independent bookstore and B&N seems fine

The only thing that seems not so great is that you dont really get to influence the store like you can at an independent bookstore

UPS warehouse associate.

Somehow I don't think that's it.

le greeko mucho gudo yiis yus

Half Price Books is my jam dawg. Picked up like 4 books for like $30.

>he works

I went to a B&N for the second time in my life today. I'm thinking of getting a job there because my current one sucks and my co-workers are starting to talk about getting screwed over.
How bad is it?

Who here /Borders/? I miss those places. Barnes and Noble locations are always ugly and smell weird.

>he works

>he doesn't live off gibs from his socialist government
gonna be payin 40% someday gotta sponge up while I can brehs

You can get books even cheaper if your local tip has a shop.

*greigo

wait hold the fuck up
since when does B&N sell used?

Don't let the others kid you, user — a part-time job is an excellent way to meet women. Good jobs for this include:
>Barista
>Library associate (if close to a university)
>Clerk at a none-too-busy pharmacy or non-chain convenience store
>Freelance journalist for your local paper
The barista hookup in particular was hot, since she was borderline schizo. Do you know what they say about crazy pussy, user? It's crazy.

Not all B&N locations have used books. There's four around me and only half of them have used book sections.

Where do they even get the used books from??? It's not like they purchase used books there do they???

How much do you even get if they do?

idk dude but i might bring some books in. I've got a shitton of books from my shelves I need to offload.

testing

again testing

You think a guy dressed in european camouflage and grease-stained (mechanical, not fast food) covered pants staring in disgust at everything could pick up a qt/lit/gf? asking for a friend.

You might have been able to pick one up if it was greasepaint, but mechanical is too obvious. They'll see you coming from a mile away.

Why does Veeky Forums hate Barnes and Noble? Don't tell me you guys buy your books off from Amazon.

ye

...Yes..

Because corporate bookstores, aside from having the necessary selection of classics usually have a shit collection, are overly expensive, and price out local, usually thrifter small bookstores.
The proper Veeky Forums thing to do is to simply steal what you need from B&N, and get all of your other books at thrift stores, Goodwills, and used book stores.

#bookz

go to any goodwill books are like $3

only if you look like this
