Who decides what is wrong? Without being able to say something different, how do you know the current view is right?

Note that there's a difference between being able to say something and imposing your views on others. For example, young earth creationists should be allowed to publish books on their views and make stupid attractions about them; but they shouldn't be allowed to force schools to teach it.

Homo Sapiens means "sentient man". Isn't sentience something of a rather clear demarcation? What a 120+ IQ person can achieve is a bit more than stone's throw away from 85- IQ person.

The ability to produce viable offspring is literally how we typically define species, yes

Duhh... I'm talking about the obvious inconsistencies within the classifications of subspecies. Just because reproduction is possible, doesn't mean differences don't exit.

Some sort of censorship is always going to exist as long as any form of hierarchy or power structure is in place.
Even if the government doesn't literally ban certain content, there will always be a system in place that favours the sharing of certain content over other. If you don't pay for advertising and don't have the corporate support of some huge company, you'll never make anything as widespread and accessible as someone who has those things.
The opposite is also true, as even in dictatorships with a lot of censorship, underground illegal stuff found it's way around anyway, albeit in restricted circles (like today desu).
At the end of the day "censorship" simply decides what gets more visibility and it happens with or without official government laws.
