ITS A TRAP
and i'm not making a dumb joke. fuckin pseudo artist types "feel" without knowing, and so they steal unmercilessly and often make things worse. Sometimes it's okay, but rarely. You clearly a bottom feeder though with this thread re-appearing every other day.

Some of mine that I've discarded:
An Albanian publisher who is tired of the honor killings tries to edit all newly printed copies of the the Kanun of Leke Dukagjini to be more moderate/reasonable. While honor killings initially decline, armed conflicts over whose edition is the correct one soon arise, causing new waves of violence. It was all in vain and Albanians are hopeless (discarded because I'm not Albanian)

A group of white supremacists seek refuge working for the PR department for a toothpaste company (posted this idea here before so discarded)

And then a black italian comes in the middle of it, "What's a negroe gotta do to get some good pasta around here huh?"

Thank you for continuing the thread, fellow tapirbro.

Praise be.

I fucking hate this image. What the fuck is that thing? I hate it.

Wtf are these animals? People always post them for the OP pic related in these threads, and they literally have the most cuckish appearance of any mammal, and possibly any animal in general.

...

Why does based tapir make so many people upset? Hes ourguy desu

A German doctor is very well studied in all fields, so he begins to study magick. Meanwhile, God and the devil make a bet, kind of like the book of Job, to see if the doctor will serve the devil. Then they go around and have fun, the doctor knocks up a girl and the girl throws the baby in the well.

I HATE IT!

A deconstruction and ultimately reconstruction of Fantasy Cliches

For how many words are you aiming, 80k, 100k?

It is about the god of busses, or the self proclaimed god of busses. About a man on his way to workin the morni g who predicts the entire trip to the point where he can predict what people sill be wearing when they get on and where they will stand. The thing is that the story is written over a few different bus rides and the whole thing is a tapestry of the entire man's working life. Towarss the end of the book when he discovers thst something he predicts is wrong he realises that his life is ending and the trip is coming to an end. I can't work out if he goes to work at the end or not.

Did you just assume my reading speed?

Should be around 80+ won’t know until I’m done

Teams of cia niggers post on an anonymous board to try and compete with various gru niggers, jidf, and mss nigger sock puppets to guide direction and discussion on the last bastion of free speech.

A post-apocalyptic story which is actually post-apocalyptic in that it takes place in the world after Armageddon and Christ is ordering the world. It's central conceit is that it is the first 'true' post-apocalyptic story since apocalypse means the unveiling. Wouldn't necessarily be Christian fiction either, but an exploration of the ideas that seek to answer how such a world ends up leading to another war in the far flung future when the Dragon escapes his prison and manages to turn much of the world in those days against the camp of the saints.

*its

What a shitty typo.

This has potential but I can tell you'd just write it as dull torture porn

The violent incidents I mentioned would be the only ones it there. It would be mostly her thinking about boys, caught between her instinctual heterosexual attraction, overwhelming indoctrination and searching for tangible reasons to love/trust men. I'm not sure what would happen after the Russians arrive and her gun is empty. The rape/death is just a thought for now, would have to see how I feel when I get there. She never personally kills anyone, there is always enough distance for her to just observe. The dog part would be the closest she comes to killing. She's not innocent though, she enthusiastically participates in hatred but mainly as a means to empowerment. The regime betrays her in the end by losing the war without letting her directly participate in it. Possibly a stream of conscious but I'd write a 3rd person draft first.

Its about the the most beautiful day in the world. The protagonist has the most incredible day and vividly describes his activities and surroundings. Its truly a beautiful day and a wonderful life.
Then night falls.
Then you find out that the protagonist is a moth, destined to have has life cut short by means of being splattered all over the next car with attractive headlights.

A poet realises thst he can't write poetry unless he feels something, but he can only feel things when he reaes about people dying so he decided to become a terrorist mastermind.

The fuck is that thing

Less of a novel maybe just a short story or a short novella at most, but I was thinking about a guy who has a very vivid dream about sexually assaulting a woman that he passes by on the street and sees around his place of work often, and at first he is cowed by what he thinks he has done and tries to hide from her but eventually he starts to do things out of spite for her and himself, like at first he would just stare at her spitefully and then move up to full on doing things to make her mad in small, annoying ways a way to "revenge" himself but have him be self-aware enough where he could comment on how his spite is mostly pointed inwardly and he is essentially trying to bring about the hatred he used to think she had for him so he wouldn't have been afraid for nothing. I'd appreciate feedback on if this sounds dumb or not.

Was thinking about a book about an ex-con who runs a juice store and gets into all sorts of shenanigans.

fucking lol. these threads just feel slightly reskinned every time i read them. what is the dragons arguing novel actually about anyway

so it's about a guy who has a guy friend who's bad news, they have a falling out over a girl, the girl comes back to the guy but in the mean tiime the guy is with another chick and new friend, new friend is homosexual, new girl is protective of personal interests wants guy for her self, guys new friend 2nd friend dies, 2nd friends sister and guy hook up, theres drama and laughter, but the theme is comic because the guy and the gay guys sister live happily ever after.

Anne Frank travels back in time and becomes pregnant with a Confederate soldier's baby

A surrealist and existential novel about a man who goes about his weekly life encountering odd, Kafkaesque situations, and each weekend he meets with one of his friends at a restaurant and tries to figure out what they mean, kind of like dream interpretation.
The main character represents the logical analysis of the situation, and his friend plays devils advocate and presents chaotic solutions to the problems.
The main problem I'm encountering is that I struggle to write dialogue, partly because I'm an aspie, and partly because who the fuck talks about their father turning into a dog and the implications thereof?

a ghetto chile, working his way through the sphincters of culture, until finally bursting into a melancholic realization of their glaring flaws from retrospect.

>come to these threads
>steal ideas
>actually write books and get them published

Can this thread double as a lit confession thread?

I've fairly recently picked up the habit of writing fiction. Only a little over a year ago, when I finished my undergrad. I'm a fairly prolific essay writer, so I had some experience there, but I'm finding that most of the processes of fiction are coming natural to me. However, my first and as of now only major roadblock to me making a solid run at 'making it' in the industry is that I'm deeply, imperially, pathetically unimaginative. I cannot come up with a good, relatable story if I tried.

I've only finished one purely fictitious short story that I came up with myself, but it was my worst so far.

In the last year, though. I've now published two short stories in literary journals in Toronto and Montreal. I feel like I'm catching steam. But the plots for both of those stories were stolen right from this thread.

I find a lot of your story ideas are brilliant. There's usually one or two in every thread. I've formed a habit of taking them and using them, and so far I'm 2/3 on getting those published, but the third I haven't even sent out yet. Out of my completely original work, I have published nothing.

So yeah, just so you all know that these ideas being shared can and do get co-opted by those you've inspired. Of course, I've made my own personal adjustments to the story, but it's a complete rip-off that wouldn't hold up in a IP law moot.

Not this specific thread, but you get my point

That's why I only post terrible ideas

This sounds pretty good desu. You should write it anyway, publish it anonymously or just put it in a crit thread.

tThis is so fuking vague how am I supposed to steal this
