Just change the scope of how you define 'pack'

And say are Ultimate man has the highest 'packs' of each. (Dna is just an example I do not mean genetics, and bloodline)

We use the ability packs inside humans because humans are observers of the self, and can interpolate date to the outer to the inner.

(Studies, tests, self awareness, observable minds) reflected from how we study animals and math, and astrology, and how they are related to the metaphysical of the inner as well.

But does the an Alpha dominate a entire group of say Beta humans if he sees he gains nothing from it?
