archive.org
gen.lib.rus.ec
b-ok.org
and occasionally gutenberg.org

I can’t take my kindle seriously, it just doesn’t feel like a book.

I know it’s a convenient way to read but I just can’t.

>doesn’t feel like a book.
how many pages of a book did you read today? be honest

I can read about 150 or so pages a day? why?

amazon

You can't differentiate between did and can.
One of the great minds eh?

>he cares about how he gets the words

You are legitimately a pseud. Please, leave this board and take the plebeians that think like you with you.

I've ordered from ThriftBooks numerous times and have never encountered books with a disagreeable smell.

>buying anything online

I'd rather have physical books too. But
1)how do I read in the dark
2)how do I always carry them with me without looking like an asshole
3)I live in a country where 70% of the population is functionally illiterate. Where the fuck do I expect to find specific editions, of specific books, in specific languages

woopz

I like how Burgers complain that they live in a shitty country but get free online shipping. The Amazon/Thrift Books/eBay etc. shipping to my country is more expensive than the book itself.

>actually having a superiority complex over how others prefer to consume literature
This is peak pseud here.

>tfw free same-day shipping in based america
How is Europe even considered a developed country

Check out Abebooks. Great selection of books, new and used. Great for textbooks too, much lower prices than anywhere else I've been.

>How is Europe even considered a developed country
no bi-weekly school shootings.

Amazon and Ebay.

>Europe
>A country

bookdepository.com has free shipping world wide

IRChighway

This. The free shipping is great all over Europe is great.

>buying books in 2018

bib, mam

I have 500 something ebooks on my kindle and I downloaded every single one of them from bok. Should I feel bad about this? Is it really all that different from checking a book out from the library until you are done reading it?
