Hi. I'm from reddit and think these thrads are really kewl

Me too!

...

I am currently reading bottom right. It is absolutely fascinating.

>producing OC is reddit
You're everything that's wrong with 2009-present Veeky Forums.

Pic related is the 'price machine', as engineered by Irving Fisher.

It uses hydrodynamics to establish marginal equilibrium.

Only good list here. Everything else: zzz.

William Blake isn't right wing he was an abolitionist and a Socialist

requesting more lists from /pol/

another math one, only charts I've got on my cellphone

...

prove it

This may be a decent guide for philosophy of science, but as far as analytic philosophy goes, it ain't worth shit. Where is Moore, Rusell, Frege, Wittgenstein, Austin, Anscombe...?

in the trash where they belong

>philosophy of mathematics
>not having Gödel
What the fuck is wrong with you user?

Why do so many of these charts have tiny fucking images with no book names listed? Sometimes it's easy to see but other times you have to squint at a shitty jaypeg like an idiot. Just list the names on the side...

I know this is a meme because some anons really don't like chart threads but actually these are probably going to be useful for me as I'm now an uncle, so saved all these for when my nephew grows up.

Bone is really good actually. Genuine 8/10 for a great graphic novel.

...

Does anybody have a history chart that isn't shit .

I'll try and make one.

It annoys me that The Pursuit of Glory (a great book about what led up to the French Revolution and what happened afterwards to the concept of the state) is listed as 'Roman - Medieval Ages'. The years are even on the cover!!

4chanlit.wikia.com/wiki/Recommended_Reading/Non-fiction

There is a list (not picture) of historical books on this page, somehow the whole formatting got borked

Anyone know the painting on the cover of Titus Andronicus?

Yeah /mu/ does this better

...

same, have 3 nieces and 1 nephew and my sisters are retarded so I am their only hope

It's a mosaic of a tragic Mask in Pompei

There was an attempt.

shitty WIP OC

...

absolutely. how many women are in the world?

...

at least 36

I keep seeing this chart. What the hell does exit-level mean?

>exit-level
the last book you read before committing suicide.

Which one?

Charts are a good direction but honestly reading order is a meme (depending on what you are going for).
If you want to know everything about Greece I'd start with contextualization via books on Greek history (A History of Greece) and Greek religion (Hamilton's Mythology).
Then from there if you want to go to philosophy start with Plato/Socrates, then Aristotle, then whatever philosopher you want. For literature you should obviously read the Iliad and the Odyssey but ultimately order is a meme. Just take notes and pay attention and you'll be fine.

What can I expect going down the /pol/ rabbit hole? What I mean is will it grant me wisdom and knowledge of the world around me? Or will it just make me bitter and deluded?

Philosophy of science is considered a section of analytic philosophy. Thats why there are several that go over analytic philosophy

And no " No longer human" baka

I'm pretty sure it's part of a series, note the '[[philosophy of science, philosophy of mathematics]]'.

bumping for a lovecraft chart

...

It’ll fill your brain with a bunch of bullshit based on long since disproven falsehoods

Is this the best horror chart we can expect?

Boring books for pseuds. Nobody cares about maths and science from a philosophical standpoint. Politics and ontological approaches to it (epistemology, metaphysics) are the only branches which aren't literally redundant.

HP Lovecraft talked about the Greeks too, anyone make a chart based on that? Or even have the quote, just cause I can’t find it
