The Torah is part of the Bible, dummy. It's the first five books: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy.

The Jewish scriptures aren't just the Torah but the Prophets and Writings as well. Together they make up the Tanakh which is identical to the Protestant Old Testament. Catholics and Eastern Orthodox have a few more books in it.

As for how to read it, basically Genesis is a collection of short stories chronicling the beginning of man in the garden to Joseph in Egypt. It’s a pretty easy read, you could honestly just set aside a couple days and read it all (if you have enough free time one day, you could read the whole thing). Exodus is the story of Moses. It’s an epic tail of a hero led by his God that has stuff in common with works like Beowulf or the Odyssey. Leviticus is a book of just priestly laws for the Levitical priesthood. It’s a very dry work. Numbers is mostly genealogies and censuses, it’s even dryer than Leviticus. Deuteronomy literally means “the second giving of the law,” and it’s a rehash of everything in Leviticus. All in all, you could read the whole thing in a month if you read a mere five chapters a day, so you might as well take the time to do it
