Sadly, that simpleton is already more literate than the average person.

Nothing wrong with a brainlet trying to improve himself. As a fellow moron I can sympathize with him

>6k upboats for reading R.L. Stine

The West has fallen, folks.

>college aged man hasn’t read a book in a decade
candian "educational"

The correct way to read R. L. Stine is to skip to the last page, for the unexpected twist in the very last paragraph!

The reddit personality type is far worse than being a self-improving illiterate.

what makes you smart, if hes such an idiot?

>him
pretty sure the redditor is a chick

I can't imagine what would posses an 18 year old to not only read goosebumps but then to go tell everyone about his """accomplishment."""

His English is as good as mine, if not better, and I have read The World as Will and Representation, I'm 18 too. Books are a surrogate hobby and to be "well-read" is as much a requirement within our society as is collecting stamps or rare vinyls.

Didn't you learn from the mods deleting this thread last time you made it?

Maybe you are the idiot.

What do we solve the idiot crisis?
First time I've made it. Perhaps you have me confused with another user.

I don't understand your question, could you rephrase?

Being unable to read through obvious typos is a sign of a weak mind.

>improve a brainlet
oh user

There can be different approaches to it.
>What do we do to solve the idiot crisis?
or
>How do we solve the idiot crisis?

>I'm 18 too.
That's good! You write like an 18 year old.

>listens to the audiobook
>whilst reading

I read that right didn't I?

What a fucking loser. LMAO. While he was banging girls I was reading the greeks.

Schools assign whatever flavor of the month garbage the publishing company lobbied for so by the time anyone's old enough to explore good literature their passion for reading is already dead and their ability to read well is so far atrophied it'd take a fair amount of passion to get through anything.

>Night of the Living Dummy
He didn't try at all.

The only idiots here are the ones taking an obvious joke story seriously.

We should be encouraging self-improvement. No matter how wretched and pathetic their starting point.

We should be trying to prevent things from coming to this in the first place. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

This
And now that the world is in flames and the brainlets are at the gates he has the audacity to come to us intellects for help?
Heh, tough chance kid

>THANK YOU for the gold stranger!!

I absolutely hate those people. I have more respect for furries than Redditors.
