I don't think you can improve on the fit by exchanging out pieces or doing anything in particular, and so I can mainly only give elaborations on why I don't like it so you can take that into consideration when putting together your next fit.

That being said, I specifically think you could do better by going more understated, as in: those shoes look a little bit idk, hype or something, especially with that hat. the pants are fine, but something about that jacket's material is throwing me off, a cotton work jacket or something may be better but I don't know whats in your closet
