It is for whatever the nation wills. Could be anything. Some tenements of Fascism are very radical and revolutionary, others are reactionary and traditional. Fascism is meant to be an organic movement that embraces your country's history and culture, as well as wishing to do away with what is considered as harming the nation, regardless of whether it is a modern concept or a tradition. It's a very weird ideology which is sort of a belief system, it's more than politics. But if you force it, you end up like American WNs who are stuck in the 50s and have no real idea on how to fix America.

1) Nothing above or beyond the state; the state is dedicated to the people, to the rule of law, and to the nation - generally even to an autocratic ruler (see: Mussolini, Hitler)
2) The state owns on the means of production, but the workers care for them - the workers distributed back what they earned in an economical way so that it promotes equality of the classes but also gives people the ability to rise through the upper echelons of society if they strive to, which touches on the next tenent
3) Excellence - the fascist state and its people must strive for excellence is all things. How they work, how they think, how they run, how they behave morally; it attempts to bring about a nation of ubermensch men and women who are pushing for humanity's full potential
4) Anti-profligate technology; fascism is alienly anti-technology because it promotes weakness - this actually manifested because of an anxiety about the modern world Mussolini and Hitler had, turns out they were both right about it

when i went through my fascist phase I wore a lot of beat generation outfits, baggy suit pants with a shirt or white t shirt tucked into them, using a classical black leather belt with basic silver buckle. Mostly black/grey/navy oversized suit pants or chinos with a seam down the middle, Dickies are also great. Get yourself a smart, sharp haircut. Long hair can look good but only when groomed well. Shoes wise I went for skate shoes like converse cons or vans or for more formal/work occasions i recommend basic black suede brogues or churches. If you wanna go oldschool fascist just shave your head and wear all black, people will get the vibe and its a classical casual look. whereas if you want the more sophisticated fascist look, wear what i mentioned above and chuck in a few nice shirts, oversized pants with small/tight fitting sweaters and pullovers looks good. I think tucking in your shirt is an essential desu. However don't ever call yourself a fascist, you'll look like an idiot and most outspoken right-wing intellectuals abhor from labelling themselves as a fascist.
