So, assuming this is the new tattoo general.

I want a tattoo, Veeky Forums, and I've wanted one for a while. But I'm not entirely sure what I want yet. I don't want to get a tattoo 'just because', but I don't want to get something super 'meaningful', because I think that's kind of poncey

Does this just make me incompatible with tattoos? Not wanting something flippant on me permanently, but also not wanting something deep and meaningful?

Vidya tattoos are seen as degenerate but I can't help that some designs I love happen to come from vidya.

Go for something you've always liked, your favorite animal or something like that, and then choose a style. I think traditional blackwork is timeless, so that's the safest bet for me.

I think there's a middle term between those two things. Get something you like aesthetically that also have something to do with your lifestyle, you don't really need to get an anchor on your butt that means "Hope".

What do you think this says in English? I took a few years of Latin and it's been a while but I got the translation "And I maintain great joy in worked" because of the way that the case endings are. I don't know if you know Latin so I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm trying to be helpful, the endings of the words have to match up to the proper sentence structure to form the right sentence.
