That isn't to say tattoos are to be reviled, but don't find yourself under the misimpression that there is anything unique or interesting about your sleeve of tattoos. It's just an aesthetic quirk. Hell, you might even pull it off if you got the right tattoo.

Unless it's traditional then it makes you look cheap. I know a lot of people with traditional Maori and Pacific island tattoos, they're designed in consultation with traditional artists and I know the Maori ones are supposed to depict a family tree. Non traditional tattoos make you look low class and tacky.

I have a memorial tattoo for my son who died, I don't see how it defines me as a druggy or a degenerate. I had a bad bout of depression, so I one day made an appointment and explained why and what I was interested in. I've improved quite a bit since the first section
