Not ugly by any means, but the hair along with the nose give you a comic look, maybe keep the hair shorter and get some facial hair when you can (I suspect that being blond, it might be too patchy at the moment) and you'll look honestly good.

I just showered, I cut my hair a few weeks back after a year of growing it out so I don't really have a specific way of styling it figured out yet, when I go out I usually go for something like I have in this picture (but that's older).
