Copped this for winter, but I think the best winter hats are beanies with that puffy ball on top.
Searched for a white one in all the malls in my town last year but only found girly ones.

Yeah, man, it says 'hardkor' in cyrillic.
Got mine from a website called farfetch, but it was the last one there so you'd need to search somewhere else.
Also, this black one tended to be sold out, but there is a white version with red letters that's in stock in a lot of places.
