I'm not sure what you mean by your face looking the same, since most of his face is obscured in the pic. But basically start locking your hair, thing style like in the pic, not big rasta dreads. Shave the sides. Keep a trimmed down mustache and/or goatee.

I am slightly under normal BMI and i exercise my forearms and they still look fat. are people with those veiny sinewy forearms just genetically predisposed?

i've found a few places on google but they don't have any social media or websites so i can't see the actual quality of their work and they don't have prices so i don't know whether they're any good

You could try twisting them yourself and see how it works out. I might do that. I just shaved my head 2 weeks ago so I have a while before my hair is long enough to twist out.

well i have dreads and i get them retwisted semiregularly, as opposed to just letting my hair lock by itself as i see most people doing, but in that picture i just got out of a concert i think (or maybe a waterpark) and it was all fucked up
