it was done from the inside of the lip so there's a little scar but since its inside of the mouth its impossible for anyone to see
No one noticed directly noticen, I work from home so no one saw me when I was swollen. Not even my parents noticed until I told them, unless you do something very drastic like nosejob people will just see you more handsome (as long as the surgery is done right) but wont be able to tell what's different.
For me the most part of the swelling went down in around 5 days, then the rest slowly goes away in a month but as I said, after a few days you can pretty much do normal life.

minor cosmetic surgery can bring a 5 to a 8, there's a lot of pics to testify that.
Specially with the chin and jaw, the difference between a recessed chin and a good chin can be the diference between being handsome or ugly
